Mitolyn Return Policy

Refund Period:
You have 90 days from the date of your order to request a refund. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Usage Recommendation:
We recommend using Mitolyn for at least 2 months to fully experience its benefits before requesting a refund.

Return Process:

1. Check Eligibility: Ensure your refund request is within the 90-day period from the order date.
2. Return All Bottles: Return all bottles from your order, whether empty, full, or partially used, to our fulfilment center within 90 days of the order date.
3. Include Required Information: Include the original packing slip with your return. If unavailable, please include:
• Your ClickBank Order ID (found in your order receipt)
• Your full name
• The full shipping address where the order was received
• Your email address
• Your phone number

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees and customs charges for orders delivered outside the US are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Once your returned order is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
